Racing Department

Stamas Racing's core is its racing department. In this area we “prepare” our mini bikes to compete and from here we get all the info destined to those mini bikes, which will be ridden by amateurs.

As already mentioned, all Stamas Racing mini bikes have the same origin: competitions.

Our goods are constantly developed directly on the racing track. It may happen to our pilots to start the racing season with a certain bike and, by the end of it, they ride a completely different bike since further developed according to their inputs and experience.

This is a further guarantee also for our amateur clients able to choose high quality goods. Obviously, less potent and with less technical devices than the professional mini bikes, but structurally able to cope with all the race stresses.

We are particularly proud of these characteristics especially in a period of time mini bikes are also available in supermarkets (at very low prices and with a quality to be verified).

In this on-the-racing track learning procedure, our racing department plays the main role. If the racing track represents the thrill, the excitement, in the racing department precision is the main character; research precision; manufacturing precision; hand made adjustments to further improve the good quality; and, obviously, the sophisticated dyno precision able to convert in numbers and data all the engine developments.

This is a fundamental tool to evaluate the different changes and to keep on learning.

Also this miniature world needs dedication and professionalism. Each single race and single detail, even the smallest one may be relevant to gain good results. Exactly like in the “grown up” motorbike races.

Talking of which, sometimes the mini bikes are looked at as “toys”, due to their dimensions, forgetting their high performances and the fact they are ridden by pilots who are far from being children!

Let's go back to the previous definition: “toys”. Mini bikes can play a very important role in this concept. For children mini bikes represents the first, authentic, direct approach to the motorbike world and, exactly like the adults motorbikes, they need riding abilities, attention and skills. All characteristics directly gained on the road and directly proportional to the reaction transmitted by the mini bikes (clearly perceived only when dealing with high quality goods).

Nevertheless, if the passion is genuine, children fun may be transformed into a sport. They may ride the first competitions, may obtain the first results and, why not, they may take part in Regional, Italian and even European Championships. Or even, sooner or later, they may get better results! It is not an exaggeration: several champions have started of riding mini bikes and still nowadays, grown up adults and genuine champions, they sometimes ride mini bikes to have fun and thrill.

With our mini bikes children become adults and adults have fun as children! That's the reason why Stamas Racing has so many models and versions: we always try to completely satisfy our clients' desires.
